‘What Does Genomics Mean for Fertility Treatment?’

The 2025 Annual Conference of the Progress Educational Trust (PET) – will explore the impact of genomics on assisted conception and IVF.

The conference will see experts and practitioners in science, medicine, law, ethics, sociology, regulation and governance grapple with the newest challenges, while also examining longstanding controversies.

Confirmed speakers include the Chair of the UK fertility regulator (the HFEA), the Chair of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE), and one of the original pioneers of preimplantation genetic testing (PGT).

This is an in person only conference, and will not be livecast or filmed. It will take place in central London from 9am-5pm (GMT) – followed by a drinks reception – on 10 December 2025.
