Dr Siun Gallagher is a lecturer at Sydney Health Ethics (School of Public Health). Her work explores the ethical issues that arise when health professionals engage in health care policy-making. She has examined these issues conceptually and empirically as they relate to doctors’ engagement as technical experts in resource allocation at the macro level.
